First Aid is the initial care provided to a person who has been injured or has suddenly taken ll. It includes simple techniques and procedures that can be performed with minimal equipment until professional medical help arrives.

Yes, our courses are accredited by the Health & Safety Institute (HSI), ensuring you receive high-quality, recognized training.

Most HSI certifications are valid for two years.

Great Question! Traditional classes are fully in-person, with an instructor leading the way and plenty of hands-practice. Blended learning combines online coursework with in-person skills sessions. You complete the theoretical part online at your own pace, then come in for practical training and assessment.

Yes, we can! We offer on-site training for groups and organizations. Just get in touch with us to discuss your needs and schedule a session

During the Course

Wear something comfortable that lets you move around easily. You might need to kneel on the floor for some exercises.

Help! Something came up and I can not attend the class I scheduled. 

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled class you will be given the option to reschedule for a $30 fee
  • Full refund given if cancelled 2 or more days before scheduled class
  • Option to reschedule if cancelled between 24 and 48 hours of scheduled class
  • No Refunds given for cancellations prior to 24 hours 
  • Online only classes are not eligible for refunds or reschedule​

Post Course

After you have successfully completed the course, you’ll get a digital certification via email.
